Belden’s interview process evaluates a number of areas including your functional skills, problem solving skills and creativity. In order to assess the competencies, we conduct behavioral based interviews, also known as scenario interviews, either in person, by video-conference or by teleconference. This interview allows you to showcase achievements and experiences from your work, educational and extracurricular activities. It will also help us to understand how you will fit into our organization and culture. Following your interview, we will decide if you are the right match for our team and contact you when a final decision is made. If selected, we will invite you to interview with us again.
